LOOVAARD Return & Refund Policy

At LOOVAARD, we strive to provide an exceptional luxury experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.


1. Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Customers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.

Once your withdrawal request has been approved, you must return the product within 14 days.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused.
  • The item must be in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • All seals, protective packaging, and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase may be required.

LOOVAARD reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened, used, or unsealed:

  • Opened perfumes
  • Used fragrances
  • Opened cosmetic products
  • Skincare products that have been opened or used
  • Personal care products
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional items
  • Clearance or final-sale products where permitted by law

4. International Returns

Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items comply with local shipping and customs regulations.

Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

LOOVAARD is not responsible for items delayed, lost, or damaged during return transit.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.


5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless required by applicable law:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Any customs charges incurred during a return may be deducted from the refund amount.


6. Inspection and Approval

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

LOOVAARD reserves the right to determine whether returned products meet the requirements of this policy.


7. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective item
  • The wrong product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label

If approved, LOOVAARD may:

  • Replace the product
  • Issue a partial refund
  • Issue a full refund
  • Provide store credit

at its sole discretion and as required by applicable law.


8. Lost Packages

LOOVAARD is not responsible for packages marked as successfully delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier.

Refunds or replacements for lost shipments are subject to the carrier’s investigation outcome and applicable consumer protection laws.


9. Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Estimated refund times:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5–15 business days
  • PayPal: 3–10 business days
  • Other payment methods: dependent on provider


10. Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact LOOVAARD first to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed with supporting evidence including delivery confirmation, tracking information, communications, and order records.


11. Fraud Prevention

LOOVAARD reserves the right to:

  • Refuse returns suspected of abuse
  • Limit return privileges
  • Require additional verification
  • Refuse refunds in cases of fraud, misuse, or violation of this policy

where permitted by applicable law.
