9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

LOOVAARD is not responsible for:

If a shipment is returned due to incorrect information, additional shipping charges may apply.


10. Refused Shipments

If a customer refuses delivery:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from any refund.

11. Lost Packages

A package is considered lost only after the shipping carrier has completed its investigation.

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, LOOVAARD may, at its discretion:

  • Issue store credit
  • Issue a refund

Supporting documentation may be required.


12. Delivered but Not Received

If tracking indicates that an order was successfully delivered but you did not receive it:

You must:

  • Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
  • Contact LOOVAARD within 7 days

LOOVAARD is not responsible for theft or loss after confirmed delivery unless required by applicable law.


13. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of damage
  • Clear photographs of:
    • Product
    • Packaging
    • Shipping label

Failure to report damage promptly may affect eligibility for replacement or compensation.


14. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately.

Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless otherwise stated.


15. High-Risk Orders
